   Hi,
   I am having problems with CPW on a mobile phone contract. They have failed to honour the final cashback. Late on the first cashback, but OK on the next two. Nothing on the final one. Despite emails, letters and call to the 0870 number, absolutely nothing. I have sent a letter to Legal dept at Portal Way, recorded, saying Small Claims action in 14 days. No response.
   This company is really dishonorable. Shall I put in an HMCS Money Claim Online claim next week?
   My advise to everyone in the UK – Do not do business with CPW or its spin off companys.

   Channy,

   I am having similar problems with CPW and my advise to anyone – stay away. I do not know if a claim regarding the mobile contract would be sucessful – but knowing the involved costs of GBP 30.00 – I definately would give it a try. Good luck for getting those B*
