I was impressed with a small letter I received from Amex today and was wondering if I should write about it and tell the world that I love this marketing idea. I decided against it…. BUT…
As I then went to the URL which is displayed on the cards and I got a 404 not found I thought I would let everyone know the following:
“If you are planning a genius marketing campaign. Please do ensure that you a) put the correct link on the collateral and b) have the website live for the date the customers want to go to your website.”
Apart from that – the idea of this marketing was really good.
