With my new Nokia E65 I am using a application called my expense tracker from Sprite Interactive Ltd. With this application I can create expenses on the go, file them to a specific project and then e-mail all of them to my e-mail address in a CSV format.
See my tabblo for pictures and details:
What about the receipts? I hate paper – do you? How can I fax or send documents by e-mail?
Well for this I use scanR which is very well documented by Max- see here
The scanR is free and the expense tracker is developed by a company called Sprite Software Ltd and can be found in the download section of your E65 (download Nokia Software Market, Business, my expenses – the cost are 5 GBP).
One MAJOR negative about he Nokia E65 (which I still love) is that the camera is CRAP I was using the W900i from Sony Ericsson and the camera is superior to the Nokia’s – although of course the Nokia E65 is in total superior to the W900i
